We started with a love for bread and pasta but grew passionate about creating gluten-free alternatives that taste just as amazing. Through careful sourcing and collaboration with local producers, we now provide premium gluten-free flour that combines health, quality, and exceptional flavor.

  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

We are passionate food lovers who couldn’t imagine starting our day without bread or pasta. For years, gluten was at the heart of our breakfast table, woven into our daily routines. But as time went by, we became more conscious about our health and the potential downsides of consuming too much gluten. The shift wasn’t easy—giving up the comforting taste of gluten-rich bread felt like an impossible compromise.

Our first attempt to switch to gluten-free alternatives left us disappointed. The bread had a peculiar smell and lacked the satisfying flavor we were used to. It simply didn’t compare. That’s when we realized: there must be a better way.

Our journey took an exciting turn while traveling across Indonesia. In some cities, we stumbled upon gluten-free cakes and pasta that were surprisingly delicious. Intrigued, we couldn’t resist asking the bakers and chefs about their secret. It all came down to the flour they used—high-quality, locally sourced, and thoughtfully crafted to bring out the best in gluten-free baking.

Inspired by this discovery, we decided to embark on a mission: to make premium gluten-free flour accessible to everyone, without compromising on taste or quality. We partnered with local producers who share our commitment to excellence and began supplying flour that transforms gluten-free recipes into flavorful, satisfying experiences.
